UNI M9 / M9 Silver / M2 Viton – High Temperature Airflex

Properties: Constructed of 2-ply silicone (M9)/ Viton (M2 Viton) coated glass fibre fabric supported by an embedded bronze plated steel wire helix. Applications: Reliable application in low pressure ranges. Wyreflex – Neoprene Coated Ducting – Double Ply

Product details:

Properties: Heavy-duty ducting hose that provides exceptional flexibility and durability that allows a tight bend radius without any kinking and trapped with twin steel wire helix Applications: Suitable for conveyance and suction of air gasses and fumes, including hot and cold air, plastic granules and is useful for dust collection and other light abrasive applications Colour: Black with yellow identification strip from 76 mm Temperature range: Between -55°C to +130°C Standard length: Available lengths 4m. Vena HTD – Constructed of two layers of fibre glass and silicone coated with a non- visible steel wire inside the hose wall

• Properties: This ducting hose offers excellent standards of performance, with outstanding flexibility, high temperature and a long life span
• Applications: Ideally suited for gas conductions at high temperatures and the extraction of engine fumes
• Colour: it has a distinctive red inner and outer colour, combined with a non-visible inner steel wire spiral
• Temperature range: Between -55°C to +260°C

PVC ducting – Lightweight, double ply PVC

Product details:

Properties: The double ply PVC ducting is of high quality and very flexible. It is constructed from PVC coated polyester fabric and encapsulated with a spring wire helix. Applications: The PVC ducting is easy to handle and lightweight making it ideal for a variety of low pressure air; fume and dust removal applications. Colour: it is blue/grey in colour Temperature range: Between 0°C to +70°C in a 20°C ambient Standard length: Available lengths are 15m and 10m and can be manufactured with inner diameters of 305mm and 357mm respectively. PVC Ducting – Medium weight, double ply PVC

Properties: A medium weight flexible ducting that is constructed from PVC coated and fully encapsulated with spring steel wire helix. Applications: The PVC ducting is easy to handle, has a smooth bore and medium weight making it ideal for a variety of low pressure air; fume and dust removal applications. It has an excellent high flex life span. Polyurethane (PU) Ducting – Clear and lightweight

Properties: Encapsulated with spring steel wire helix between two layers of crystal clear polyurethane. This ducting has excellent chemical resistance and is lightweight. Applications: This ducting is ideally suited for the suction and transportation of dust, fumes and air, as well as transfer of light abrasive solids in a variety of industries. Polyurethane (PU) Ducting – Clear and Medium weight

Product details:

Properties: Embedded with a PVC coated spring steel wire helix between two layers of crystal clear polyurethane. This medium weight flexible ducting has excellent inner and outer abrasion resistance. Applications: This ducting is ideally suited for the suction and transportation of larger granular abrasive particles, consisting of offcuts, sawdust and timber, oil and much more. It is also appropriate for the use of oil and petrol fumes.
